Looking Back on 2025—and Ahead to 2026

By Scott Wolf, CEO, BRIGS

As 2025 comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank you for your continued trust in BRIGS. Whether you serve on a board, live in a community we manage, own an investment property, or partner with us professionally, this year reinforced something we never take for granted: strong communities and well-managed assets are built on transparency, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.

2025: A Year of Execution and Accountability

In 2025, BRIGS remained focused on doing the fundamentals well—especially during a year that brought continued cost pressure, aging infrastructure, and heightened expectations around communication and performance.

Across our portfolio, we:

  • Oversaw complex capital projects from planning through completion

  • Navigated rising construction and service costs while protecting long-term asset value

  • Supported boards and individual property owners through difficult decisions with clear documentation and steady guidance

  • Continued to invest in experienced property managers, not shortcuts

Most importantly, we remained committed to doing what we say we will do. In an industry where challenges often arise after the work is complete, our focus stayed on process integrity, clear scopes, and professional accountability—before, during, and after decisions are made.

Serving Communities and Investment Properties

While condominium association management remains our core focus, BRIGS also supports a select group of investor owners with tenant-occupied properties, including condominium units within buildings we manage.

This work requires the same discipline and attention to detail—balancing owner objectives, tenant relations, governing documents, and long-term asset care. We approach these responsibilities with clear boundaries, transparency, and systems designed to protect all parties involved.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As we move into 2026, our focus is on refinement, communication, and continuous improvement.

Our priorities include:

  • Improving communication internally and externally, with greater consistency, clarity, and responsiveness

  • Surveying staff and clients at least twice per year to gather meaningful feedback and identify opportunities to enhance our services

  • Continuing to raise the standard for capital project oversight and vendor coordination

  • Supporting boards and owners proactively, not reactively

  • Investing in our people and systems to improve accountability and long-term outcomes

We view feedback as a strength, not a criticism. By listening more intentionally—to our clients, residents, tenants, and team—we believe BRIGS will continue to evolve in ways that directly benefit the properties and communities we serve.

We are not chasing growth for growth’s sake. Our goal remains the same: to be the most reliable, professional, and transparent management partner for our clients.

THANK YOU.

On behalf of the entire BRIGS team, thank you for your partnership, your engagement, and your trust. We look forward to working with you in 2026 and continuing to protect the value, stability, and livability of your community and investment.
