Senior Property Manager
What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?
I manage multiple properties in the Boston area. My day starts with emails, phone calls, and updates on any evening issues. I talk to owners/tenants and manage the daily work flow for all buildings, including any emergencies that may happen.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
Being able to see how everything falls together. I enjoy assisting owners/tenants with any issues, and I love visiting dogs. I keep cookies in the office for them. :)
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
It can be challenging to find an answer to an issue—but rewarding when you do.
What are some hobbies you enjoy?
I like movies, music, reading, and being with friends and family.
Tell us about your ideal weekend plan.
Going somewhere warm and relaxing. Just taking some time for myself.
What is your favorite holiday movie?
Anything Hallmark…I’m a hopeless romantic.
What’s your favorite holiday tradition?
I love hosting family and friends in my home and the good talks and laughs that come with it. As a hostess, I just enjoy and let the night happen.
Skiing or snowboarding? (Or apres-ski?)
I used to ski and snowboard. I know you can’t believe it…Mary skiing! LOL
Do you have any holiday travel planned?
I will be hosting at my house Christmas Eve and Day, then resting whatever time it is done. I love every minute of it.
