Associate VP, Condo Management

What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?

I am the Team Lead for the team on Gainsborough Street, Boston. I meet regularly with and provide guidance to maintenance personnel, concierge staff, and another property manager that manages the day to day of the GNA properties, as well as provide guidance to the ten boards on the street. My day consists of phone calls and emails to ensure services are being provided and the board goals are being met.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job? 

Knowing that the owners/residents are happy with what Brigs is doing for them.

What are some hobbies you enjoy?

I love being in the kitchen, preparing and creating food for family and friends; I especially enjoy baking. I also enjoy bowling in the weekly bowling league, with friends that I have had since childhood.

Tell us about your ideal weekend plan.

My husband and I enjoy taking mini road trips on the weekends, exploring new areas around New England.

What is your favorite movie?

Rudy - who doesn’t love the quest of an enduring spirit?

Coffee or tea?

Tea, definitely tea, at least once a day.

What are you looking forward to most about summer?

Revisiting the Tall Ships when they return to Boston for the USA’s 250th birthday celebration. My friend and I saw them when they first came in 1976 for the bicentennial celebration, and we are planning on returning to Castle Island to see them again this year.
