Client Service Representative

What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?

I’m a Client Service Representative. My days are pretty fast-paced — lots of calls, helping residents with whatever comes up. 

What’s the most rewarding part of your job? 

Helping when an owner is dealing with an emergency. Making a stressful moment a little easier feels great.

What’s something you find challenging about your work? 

Supporting people who are going through emotional or stressful situations — it can be tough, but it’s also meaningful.

What are some hobbies you enjoy?   

I enjoy reading, going to the gym, and hiking whenever I get the chance.

Tell us about your ideal weekend plan. 

Getting away from the city and spending time in small towns.

What is your favorite movie? 

I love Pixar movies — Ratatouille is definitely one of my favorites.

Coffee or tea? 

Coffee, always

Today is St. Patrick’s Day. Any plans to celebrate? 

Here in Mexico it’s not a big tradition, but it’s becoming more common to wear green and join the holiday.

Do you have any spring travel plans? 

I usually visit relatives who live near the beach for a few relaxing days.

Any favorite spring memories? 

Getting my first dog as a surprise gift from my dad — I’ll never forget that moment.
