Property Manager
What is your role at BRIGS, and what does your day-to-day look like?
I am a Property Manager at BRIGS, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple condominium associations. My day-to-day includes coordinating maintenance and repairs, working with vendors, communicating with residents and board members, managing budgets, and ensuring that properties are well-maintained and running efficiently.
What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is being able to resolve issues and improve residents’ living experiences.
What’s something you find challenging about your work?
One of the challenges is balancing multiple priorities at once, especially when unexpected issues arise. Staying organized and responsive is key to making sure everything is handled effectively.
What are some hobbies you enjoy?
I enjoy working out and watching the Celtics (I’m a basketball fan). I also love traveling and have visited over 20 countries.
Tell us about your ideal weekend plan.
My ideal weekend would be spent with family, along with some outdoor activities.
What is your favorite movie?
I love all kinds of movies. It really depends on my mood.
Coffee or tea?
Coffee. Plain black.
Do you have any summer travel plans?
I’m hoping to plan a trip to somewhere rich in history with beautiful natural scenery, where I can relax and recharge.
Any favorite summer memories?
Yes, I visited my sister in London last summer and spent time with my niece and nephew, which was very special since we don’t get to see each other often.
